Pre-Requisite: Prenatal Online Class-2
This is an online class series of three where students will enjoy an introduction to prenatal yoga, infertility issues, and discuss yoga in the first trimester in Prenatal 1. The second session, Prenatal 2 in this series focuses on yoga in the second trimester, and the third in this series, Prenatal 3, will focus on yoga in the third trimester and post-natal yoga.
Students may be interested in obtaining their Prenatal Yoga Certificate (PYC) through SCHYS and all three of these Prenatal Online Courses are required. Students who wish to obtain their PYT and have registered and paid for that Certificate Program will be automatically enrolled in these courses, please do not register/pay here.
