This is experiential and theory, students are encouraged to keep a pranayama journal throughout this course and practice the technique(s) learned each week.
In this course JJ will lead students through the understanding and practice of various pranayama and meditation techniques as well as designing and developing a pranayama and/or meditation practice. Each week theory of techniques will be studied followed by a practice guided by JJ. Students are then encouraged to continue to practice what was learned for the following week. Then, time for feedback on the practice will be given before we move on to a new technique.
This class will meet weekly Tuesdays 11:30 am - 12:30 p.m. Eastern Time beginning April 7, 2020.
