Yoga Therapy for Structural Issues. - 10 Weeks

This class will cover common structural issues such as alignment issues due to accidents, injuries, or improper movement over time (improper biomechanics). Typical issues covered in this course will be those associated with lower back, hips, knees, shoulders, neck, upper back, feet (bunions, etc), and ankles, and wrists (carpel tunnel). Other issues may be covered as time allows.
