This manual is for use in our 200-hour program, however many teachers in other programs with SCHYS or not seem to love this manual. We describe how to plan a class to keep your students safe. This manual includes how we teach alignment at SCHYS, how we use counter poses, how we properly prepare a student to do poses, and how we cool the body down and bring it back to balance. Then we present a variety of asanas with photos and stick figure drawings, and a description of considerations to take into account when doing or teaching the pose.
