Pre-Requisite: Bridge Program, Course Planning 5 and 6

These classes are part of the requirements for a Specialty Certificate Program.

in these two online courses (THY1 and THY2) students will learn to use yoga’s tools to help those who have experienced trauma in their life. In Trauma Healing 1, students will enjoy an introduction to language and specific ideas for teaching yoga to this population in general and veterans specifically. During Trauma Healing 2, we will focus on women and children recovering from trauma, as well as families of those who are dealing with trauma or are living with someone who is dealing with trauma.
